Finished off 2009 with some promo work for ABC and wrapped up additional music duties on “Party Down,” selected as one of AFI’s ten best shows from 2009. Heading into 2010, so far I have a late February recording session for orchestral action adventure cues with X-Ray Dog. More to come!
I’ve started writing additional music for season two of “Party Down,” a Starz original television series produced by Paul Rudd and Rob Thomas (Veronica Mars, October Road). Outside of that, work continues on highly cinematic orchestral action adventure cues for X-Ray Dog.
Brand new X-Ray Dog release, “Bite Size,” makes a number of my tracks available for licensing in commercials. Out of four discs with over one hundred cues, the promo features my own track, “Going It Alone,” from start to finish. View and listen here.

San Francisco Asian-American Film Festival (March)
Method Fest (March)

Both “Andheri” and “A Work of Art” are official selections of Method Fest 2009. Sushrut Jain (”Andheri” director) just returned from the Clermont-Ferrand festival in France. Andheri played each day of the week-long festival to a theater packed with over 1000 festival-goers. It was well-received with crowds forming lines for every showing and answering the [...]
